Hosts your computer must be able to reach
Ask your IT to allow these before your first login. Some firms' virtual desktops block unknown hosts by default; the application will not load until they are allowed.

Check my connection
Confirms this computer can reach the application and load its files. It does not test document storage — that host is listed above for your IT.
Signing in
You need an invitation — there is no sign-up. Your firm's administrator adds you and you receive an email with a link to choose your password.
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.
If the invitation link has expired, ask your administrator to send a new one from Settings → People.
